It's that time of the month again and rumors are flying. Let's hope the stork is planning on delivering through August 24th LIDs this time. The newest rumor is stating that the agencies should be receiving referrals early next week at least through August 23rd LIDs and maybe through August 29th. If August 23rd is the cut-off, we will be very disappointed but will know that we will definitely be in the November group. We will be finished with that one last ride on this adoption roller coaster.
